Refund policy
Billing isn’t open yet, so nothing is charged today. When it opens, these rules apply to every paid plan of Selbri Mixing.
Your first payment
If Selbri Mixing isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly, and we’ll refund it in full. Write to [email protected] from your account’s email address.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account page at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; then the account moves to Free, and nothing else is charged.
Renewals
Renewals after the first payment aren’t refunded, unless the law requires it or a problem on our side kept the service from working.
The trial
The 14-day Pro trial needs no card, so there’s nothing to refund: when it ends, the account moves to Free.
How refunds are paid
To the card or account you paid with, through the same payment provider. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
